DUR state contacts are able to find the state round table form in the "my ADURS" section. You are now able to print, save, and change your form all year long.

The ADURS2010 Annualy Symposium will be held at the Doubletree-Paradise-Valley-Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona on February 25-Feruary 28, 2010. A preliminary agenda of the Symposium will be posted here in September 2009.
