Conference Information

NOTICE:  (Rev. May 2021)

Accounts are reviewed annually on March 1st.  Non-member/Attendee/Corporate Attendee level access accounts inactive/dormant for two (2) Symposium cycles will be deleted. Authorization from your Corporation (corporate attendees) or your State Pharmacy Director (state attendees) is required to activate/reactivate your account.  Previous attendance DOESN’T grant automatic authorization/access.

  • Access to specific conference information is limited to Symposiums registered for/attended.
  • Non-member State Attendees (people not on the State DUR ListServ) require pre-authorization from your state Pharmacy Director / Administrator to attend/register for the current symposium.  Having an active Attendee account and/or previous symposium attendance doesn’t grant automatic access to the current symposium.
  • State Vendors must be directly involved in that state’s Drug Utilization Review (DUR) program to attend.

ALL UNAUTHORIZED REGISTRATIONS WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT NOTICE.

Corporate Attendee Notice:  ADURS allows up to eleven (11) corporations (For 2024 – ten renewable spots and one wildcard spot) to send a maximum of four (4) attendees each to the annual Symposium.  Corporations attending from the past year will be given first right of refusal for the subsequent year.  Registrations from individual industry representatives not employed with one of the approved corporations will not be accepted.

ADURS Symposiums are funded by registration fees only.  ALL requests to sign contracts and/or agreements in any form will be denied in order to adhere to current ACPE standards.  NO exceptions.

Companies interested in attending a future symposium should complete a ListServ form here.

***Hotel Booking and Stay Policy***

The maximum room occupancy is set at 6 persons (effective 24 hours). All guests must be registered to the room and no non-registered guests allowed in rooms at any time. No gatherings are permitted at the hotel, either in the room or outside of it (patio, grass area, etc.) Guests may be charged an additional amount per room night for each additional person over the standard room occupancy. Children 17 years and under may share the same room with their parents at no additional charge (up to a maximum of four children, subject to room type). The number of additional guests/room above double occupancy is subject to maximum occupancy limits and safety rules set by the Catamaran. Quiet Time – To assure our guests will enjoy a peaceful environment, we have a “zero noise policy” effective at 10:00 p.m. If you or your guests cause an unreasonable disturbance to others before 10:00 p.m., one warning will be given to you to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed or the disturbance occurs after 10:00 p.m., you will forfeit all advance deposits and must leave the hotel immediately. The Catamaran reserves the right to evict a guest without warning if the circumstances warrant. Additionally, guests are liable for all damage to or theft of the property of the Catamaran. Your participation is appreciated as it helps assure a safe and restful stay for everyone.

**ADURS TRAVEL AND LODGING POLICY**

If attending as a state representative (voting or non-voting) with ADURS paying for travel, hotel and registration, you are agreeing to the following:

  • You will attend all programs (lectures) presented at ADURS
  • You will attend the business meeting if you are the voting member

Failure to attend all required aspects of ADURS without appropriate excuses (we are fully aware that there can and will be times where job obligations will cause conflicts – simply let ADURS staff know if this occurs) will result in this being reported to the ADURS Board of Directors for review.  The Board may choose to revoke the sponsorship and invoice you for all costs of your attendance (travel, hotel and registration) at ADURS.
